legend - you would be an absolute superstar if you did that for me. I'd pay petrol and time. I just hope it doesn't put you to too much trouble, but don't feel obliged. If you can't make it or can't get one, I totally understand.

Foxy - I've not seen a Polly pocket thread, plenty of other ones though ;-) Type it in the search bar at the top and see what comes up.

Emma - well done on your other reviews, and the bargains. I hope you feel better soon. Since Savvy mentioned about a virus today, I've heard about loads of people getting one, half Elysia's class is off sick. It's this funny weather. Cold one minute and warm the next.

I'm off too now. Night night everyone, take care xxx
Thanks, it was you who gave me the kick I needed!! Got up this morning and feel a bit better but now my youngest is poorly and doing nothing but crying weird cause she feels really hot but hasn't got a temp. Got to take my grandma shopping today so can't even keep her in. I'm not expecting to get much reviewing done today.

Hope everyone has a good moneymaking day x

Emmad, hope you all feel better soon xx

Just on for half hour before I go to get ready to go out. No surveys this morning. OH is prowling waiting to go on the laptop lol, he will have to wait half hour as my Dad will be online in a bit and I want to talk to him to make sure he is ok today.
  • Morning everyone, thank you all for the well wishes., you're all so kind. The antibiotics are working better than I thought they would, managed to sleep through the night without being in too much pain and managed to go to bed early. I wish it was a virus Elysia, but sadly it's an infection from being so run down :(

Off to the hairdressers soon to have my hair done, I'm in need of some pampering. Then off to Tesco's to see if they are sick of the sight of me lol

Well done on finding the touchpad Legend, and on your birthday how brilliant! Hope you had an great day xx

Foxy, Tesco have lots of items with the red half price stickers on them, the ones that have them which are polly pocket, barbie or mega blocks scan through full price. As they have the sticker on customer services refund dtd making them free. Have managed to find the barbie school set. the polly pocket boat yesterday and the mega blocks (but didn't buy). Still looking out for the barbie convertible car. Going to try my luck again today, hopefully different customer services team if I am lucky.

I best be making tracks, hope everyone has a lovely day xx

I did try the surveys but found them so time consuming and I hardly ever qualified. I'd spend 20 minutes only to earn .50p! I'm now slowly (and I stress the slowly) decluttering and putting the stuff worth selling on ebay. Got 4 things on right now and 2 are being watched so feeling hopeful.

If something doesn't go do you keep relisting or give to the charity shop? I need to declutter as well as earn money!

What I personally do Mum is list it at a price I think it's worth, on a free listing day, and then if it doesn't go, I put it on afterwards for 99p - that way if it goes higher (and 9 times out of ten it does) it's a bonus, and if goes at 99p at least you have 85p ish more than giving to charity. If it doesn't sell the second time, then to the charity shop it goes. Spread the love a little bit :)

Legend - you have funds - can you just double check all is ok please?

Susan - my comp threw a wobbly and doesn't get on with ips any more - so they chucked me off. They said it was to do with my firewall settings or something, and that I can rejoin. Consequently i've lost all my accumilated points. :(

I'm posting this here instead of Grabbit in the hope that some of you can benefit. I've just come back from T's with a Breville Deep Fat Frier stainless steel in a black box (small) Marked at £8 but only paid £3.50, and a Kenwood Food Processor with liquidiser attachment marked at reduced to £19 and paid £9. I reckon it should have easily cost £60 before the sale, maybe more. :D

Off to school now - be back soon .
