Legend - I know how you feel. Savvy kept that quiet didn't she
Sneaky or what? :rotfl:
Mind you, If you read it, it went out of stock while someone was typing in their verification code for their card, so she had no hope of pm'ing us in time. All's fair in love and grabbits. :A I just wish I'd have been there, I keep missing them.
Susan - don't talk to me about football. My sister is trying to get DD1 to go to Belgium next year to watch an away match. No chance - I worry enough about two girls going to a home match alone.
Rufus - thanks for the photo link. I'll look out for photo albums for you, on my travels.Sorry about the footie, but well done on being so organised on getting OH pressies sorted.
Michelle - I have dreamed Touchpads for nearly a fortnight - I even bid on one on ebay last night. I thought I had a bargain. They'd only just listed it, and it was on for 99p. Within two minutes I was outbid of course (no I didn't did £1 :rotfl:) but it was nice while it lasted.Well done on your redeems. You've done really well.
I came on here to post something, but I've forgotten what now. If I remember, I'll be back.I :heartpuls M.S.E.Mortgage Free 18/01/10 13 years and 8 months early on a 20 year mortgage!

Good afternoon! If you are looking for a touchpad then I've heard more will be released soon so keep looking! (probably shouldnt say but we managed to get one! we saw the rumours about the price being reduced then as soon as it was we managed to reserve one in comet! very pleased with it!!!)
didnt manage to do anything yesterday, got back from mils and fell asleep at 5pm lol oh well. I'll look through today.May Grocery Challenge -£216/4000 -
Oooeer, not feeling the Legend love in the room
you tattletale! lol
I was very lucky to click on the thread as soon as someone had said JL had stock, and literally only just managed to get through checkout another few seconds and it would have been out of stock. I didn't say anything about my order as I had misspelled my name on my card verification details in the hurry to get my order through so I thought my order would be rejected for failing on payment details but luckily it went through ok. I'm sorry I couldn't post about it here before they sold out they went within minutes. On the bright side there is rumoured to be stock coming into JL on tuesday so you may be able to get one yet. Hope nobody's really upset with meIt has sorted out hubby's birthday present, he wanted a laptop since his netbook broke but I can't really afford one this side of Christmas.
Rufus - Usually boots have buy one get one free on photo albums, especially on the run up to Christmas may be worth keeping an eye out. Sounds like you are organised.
Michelle - well done on your redeem, you do really well on the reviewing side of things fingers crossed it carries on that way, you will have Christmas well and truly covered
Only listed one item on ebay yesterday, within half an hour had someone offering a BIN so completed at a good price and they have paid so will add it to my totals. Sorted another gift for dd today and redeemed for £5 amazon on mysurvey. A little annoyed as I was saving my points to get the disney aquadoodle but it's been removed from the redeem list since last week. Never mind eh.
Hope everyone has had a lovely bank holiday weekend.Comping wishlist for 2017

Savvy - Well done hun - I saw your post at the time. I blame Legend for mentioning it.
ETA: I'm with Legend. Your next challenge is to find another two.
Pablo's - Well done to you as well.I was on there as that original post got posted, but still didn't manage to get one.
How are you feeling today. Are you aching less?
Bored, bored, bored. I've posted a review, but I'm sick of rating today. OH and DD2 have gone out, and while I usually would love the peace and quiet, with it being BH there's no surveys around to keep me occupied. I might just have to sit on grabbit, and see what bargains I can find. I feel in the mood for treating myself.I :heartpuls M.S.E.Mortgage Free 18/01/10 13 years and 8 months early on a 20 year mortgage!

I also ordered from argos but it was cancelled, if it was sent then I would have offered it to you but then you would be fighting over it. Will be keeping an eye out anyway for you all, if I can help I will, spread the love and grabbits and all that
I'm completely bored today too, and I fancy spending money, but only if it is a grabbit or really good offer, this site has really changed the way I buy. I remember a time full rrp was the norm and no such thing as cashback lol. Might have to go to Tesco and stock up on some bargains albeit not the most exciting purchase in the world lol. Going to have a bit of a pamper in a bit bath/hair/fake tan/manicure. That should sort me outComping wishlist for 2017

Not bored here.
We went to see our friend's baby. When we left there, I suggested to DH calling in at meadowhall and getting some presents needed for my friend and her son's birthday next week, and have lunch out. We were sat in Cafe Rouge most of the afternoon, and spent about £70 just on the meal, but it was lovely.
Back to being good now so we actually have some pennies left to spend on stuff at centre parcs when we go a week on Friday.;)
Elysia I added Mr Popper's penguins to DY today. If you want to paste your review across, I am not one for shouting if you beat me to it chick.
I'm stuffed now, and feeling a bit of a carb crash after my hot chocolate pudding, so I will try and do a bit of something but if I end up snoozing, I'm sorry. I love Bank Holidays. :rotfl:0 -
Michelle - I tried to add that to Dooyoo and they refused. That's odd! Thanks for letting me know hun. I'll let you write yours first though.
I've written another review so I have two to go on, plus Mr PP, so I'm ahead at the moment. I doubt there'll be any crowns tomorrow, but it's all extra cash - I'm nearly at £30, one more review will do it I hope.
I can't believe how well I've done - and it's all thanks to you lot, kicking me up the bum, and getting me motivated. You all get three cheers from me. :T:T:T
Michelle - I'm glad you had a fab time today. You deserve and afternoon off, and a treat. OH and DD2 came back, with a huge bunch of flowers, so I've been spoilt.I :heartpuls M.S.E.Mortgage Free 18/01/10 13 years and 8 months early on a 20 year mortgage!

DY are so odd. I previously tried to add a limited edition friji milkshake which they said they wouldn't do as it was only available for so long, but someone else added 2 of them this week. I also added my greenhouse, and they said it needed to be written in a certain area, which was a completely different greenhouse with hard plastic sides and a base. I emailed them and they haven't got back to me.
I added it as a pre-release DVD from amazon, so I don't know if that makes a difference. I've just written it anyway, so at least you know now it is there whenever you want. I don't think it was one of my best, but I have written quite a few new ones this week. Fingers crossed for crowns tomorrow as I need about £7.50 for my next cheque. I'm at 41/45 too, so would only need to write 2 tomorrow and Wednesday to hit the target. I think we should try it again in September as it really works doesn't it.
Glad you got spoiled too hon. Flowers sound lovely.0 -
Evening, hope everyone has had a lovely bank holiday. I've had a bit of a lazy day and I'm now browsing the internet for some budget recipes. I'm determined to stick to this budget although the hubs isn't best impressed.
Michelle sounds like you had a lovely day out
Elysia it's always lovely to receive flowers, lucky girl
Savvy did you find any good deals on the grabbit board to relieve your boredom?0
