thanks for the welcome everyone- skiergirl, in my thoughts & prayers.
Can i just ask what this is please? S&S today and Tissue for LegendMortgage Balance May 25- £9975. Planning to be paid off by Dec 25🎄0 -
Sorry hun. I keep forgetting we have to write in code.
Shop and scan is a company where they reward you for scanning all the barcodes on any shopping you do, we have to send the details on Sunday at the latest so It's just a reminder to everyone, or we won't get our reward.
When you complete more surveys, you will be asked to join online panels - and give opinions about products - Legendmum and I are both on one that's to do with tissues (It beings with a K and ends with ex) and we have to log in there once a week too. It's just a reminder that if we haven't done it, we must do so.
It'll be hard picking up lingo at first, but you'll soon get used to it. You did the right thing by asking - don't sit there wandering will you? If you need to know anything, just askI :heartpuls M.S.E.Mortgage Free 18/01/10 13 years and 8 months early on a 20 year mortgage!

I have done another review so thats two today. I am up to 22/25 now. I don't think I will be able to redeem at the 25 mark though, I think I need to do another 2 after the 25 to redeem. I went back over some of my other reviews and found that there were quite a few all together where they only had something like 5 or 6 rates on them, I am sure they had a lot more than this when I wrote them, I really can't remember getting that low on rates for anything. Its not just one item either its about 5 or 6 of them.
I just checked again and they were all from when they had a thing about reviewing medicines and that kind of thing so might be why they got low rates lol, a bit boring.0 -
Hi everyone, hope you are enjoying the bank holiday weekend.
Been unwell/burnt out today so had to crash for few hours this afternoon. Early night for me for a change I think. Done S&S but clicker wont reset, either clicker broken or it hates my laptop lol. no new viva's today but it's the weekend. Think I will try to list a few more ebay items, even a few things listed a week will help.
Figured out what hubby is getting for birthday and christmas and I have enough to cover what I want to get him, no doubt he will ask for a few other bits which my amazon will more than enough cover. Hopefully I have Christmas and birthday's covered until the end of the year. Now to decide what I want lol
Glad your son had a great birthday claire that restaurant sounds really good, we don't have one local but will keep an eye out when e go further afield.
Sorry to hear about your dad skiergirl, I hope his treatment goes well hun.
Best do the survey rounds and check to see what can go on ebay, seems when free listing is on my items get loads of bids and watchers from day one so will give it a good push when there is another one.Comping wishlist for 2017

Just popped on this morning to inform you all I am no longer talking to Savvy! I have just been on the Touchpad thread and she has only ordered 1 and had a tracking number! I am now in a massive sulk!
Have managed to build some of the Living Room waiting on delivery of bookcases and will have to build them which is no fun as me and OH always end up arguing when building this stuff! Plus DS trys to help with his toys tools and the tempers flare!
Am absolutely shattered as last week painted the bathroom 2 nights and sorted that, had local carnival on Saturday and yesterday didnt feel well at all! Anyway best get on a mission as only 2 days left in August and I still havent done anything on Sony!:xmassmile**New** Thrifty Gifty Money Making for Christmas and all occasions 2012**:xmassmileMember No. 11 of Happy Chappy's Clip Strip Club!

pablosmum - amazon do buy textbooks from you. If you check here right hand side they give you the price straight away. Might be worth a go, and they pay you in amazon vouchers.
skiergirl - sorry about your dad. My cousin got the same thing and he`s had it 4 years and looks fit as a fiddle.
legend - you can sulk with me...I only just realised what everyone was talking about ...lol , I`ll wake up one day and read grabbits more often. Though I must admit I try not to as everythings a bargain and I buy it. But I dont really NEED it...
rufus - it was awful when lewis went out, but he did nothing wrong imo, cant work out why there wasnt an inquiry though. And whats happenning to Arsenal and Spurs......? I`d hate to be a fan of theres and pay all that money and get beaten like that , wheres their pride...Challenge 2018 - Learn by heart the Book by Wayne Morgan on Amazon - Betfair Football Trading as it helps to supplement my small income :beer:0 -
Morning all
For those wanting the photos, I found another one on the grabbit board https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3448737 If you scroll down to the bit where it gives you the code. I tired it this morning in Snapfish as I had just done a Truprint order and the code worked but charged me 1p a print which still wasnt bad. I only needed to order 64 prints and it came to £2.13 inc pp.
If anyone sees any nice photo albums on their travels or searches going for a bargain price can you let me know please? I am looking for the self adhesive ones and I need 20 pages (40 sides). I had a look in W H Smiths, they had some half price when I bought my brother's one in May but they are full price again at the moment (about £18 an album).0 -
Susan - I was trying no to think of the football lol, we are all Arsenal supporters. Must say it wasn't a good afternoon yesterday but I did enjoy the racing.0

Morning everyone.
I only just caught on why everyone wants a touchpad, and surprise surprise it was because someone wrote about HP in a review on DY. :rotfl:Can I blame it on being away? Must pay more attention as DH really wants a tablet, but doesn't want one at a ridiculous price. Costco have one of the motorola zoom ones on offer at about £335, but that isn't that cheap still.
Managed to paste across a review onto chow. Just doing some rating while DH is in the shower, then we are going to visit friends who had a baby 6 weeks ago. Hope the home made knitted blanket goes down well as I spent ages on it.
I am thinking of making the boys a winter jumper each. I bought the wool, but just need to get on now and make them. They should knit quick in aran wool and 7.5mm needles. It looks a bit autumnal out again, so I could do with cracking on.
I've just requested £70.02 from Chow. So pleased with that. It is really boosting my totals. I want to do the competition entry on there again, so I will try later I think when the kids are in bed. It's about stress, and I know a lot about that.0 -
Well done on your redeem from Chow Michelle xx
I am going to make the most of the sunshine today, I have just rung up one of my Grandson's and he is coming to help me take up our patio and relay it so that its not so wonky. Hopefully it will save us a fortune as OH was thinking of getting one of his mates in to do it but they would charge him. If it doesnt work we can still get him in at a later date but worth a try.
I also found a black camisole vest in my wardrobe I didnt know I had so will save me having to buy one and also made another one in white out of an old t-shirt so that has saved me some money too. I wanted them to wear underneath the two tops I made the other day as they are a bit see through.
Cant really do any more money saving until later, I did another review so thats 23/25, its definitely not going to be enough to redeem from the 25 but I will wait and see what is left over to get. It wont be a lot. I will try to get another one on this evening and may be two tomorrow and see how my points stand. I need to get more Amazon vouchers so will redeem for one of those. I used some of my stash the other day as OH said he wanted some nice smelly stuff instead of a phone. I got a 100ml bottle of Kouros for just under £40 so thats a big chunk of his present done. He has given me a list of some dvds too which I will be able to get from Amazon, plus he wants some more smellies but they are not so dear as the Kouros.
Anyway, I am off for now, have a nice bank holiday everyone xx0
