BTL, vile lowlife business, nobody wants to be living under their roofs

i look at btl in the same way as benefit claiming. in an ideal world it wouldn't exist but it isn't an ideal world. individuals will milk a system if the system allows it. checks and balances need to be brought into play to make sure selfishness does the minimum amount of damage.
i'd like to see rent caps by postcode / floor space. also minimum carbon efficiencies for properties that are rented out on the private market, not just corby (or whatever it is called now) checks. i'd also like to see tax on property for profit ownership not just on income generated from it.0 -
So what are you talking about then? A yearly fee based on any perceived gain in value of the property? Sorry, I'm just a bit unclear about what you mean.
I think they have this in Spain about 1-2% of the value of the property as an annual taxChuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -
