How about £5000, do it all through MSE(can the staff help with this) and i will donate half of the money to any charity that MSE see's fit(would prefer crisis or MS though), my two shifts are from 3pm to midnight on the days i said at Ivax quays, royal docklands, London, E16
I will be more than happy to meet anyone on the day, so come on MSE and Martin Lewis(i know he is a top guy for raising money for charity).
So come on Mr Cocky, lets see if you have the balls
Chucky, tell him you're helping little orphan children and can't make it.0 -
Oh, I see he's come round. Maybe we'll get a response.30 Year Challenge : To be 30 years older. Equity : Don't know, don't care much. Savings : That's asking for ridicule.0

14 years...
Thanks for the link. Have always wondered what impact BTL has on the housing market - this looks like a good study on the subject.
If I am reading it right, the study is from 1996 Q3 to 2007 Q2, but it notes that BTL only really took off in 2001 and so nearly all the increase was 2001 - 2007.
Cant make my mind up whether 7% is a big number or not, particularly bearing in mind it is calculated from the final figure (2007) making it a percentage of the cost of a house rather than a percentage increase (again, if I have read it right!).
Thanks again.0 -
got to give it you - that your first post without a soundbite
Or a backtrack ?
Mmmmm, I reckon I`ll find one of my posts without a soundbite.
Here you are.......I'd say that's a knockout punch. :T
What do you mean by soundbites anyway ? If you mean things like "it's my pension", then yes, that post did include a soundbite. That soundbite does seem like a cliche, but he really did say those words, so I quoted them.30 Year Challenge : To be 30 years older. Equity : Don't know, don't care much. I think that people who rent out their primary residence shouldn't have to pay tax on the income (less expenses), this would allow people to be more mobile and rent elsewhere in the short term, when say moving to a new job with the outgoing rent covered by the incoming rent (more or less).'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0

No soundbite. Hurrah !
BTW. Are you going to take the bet chucky ?
Is it a fair bet? with an equal possibility of both sides winning? Or perhaps it's a loaded sitaution where one person knows for sure. Why don't you take him up on it?Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0
