Looked on the call checker for cheapest calls to The Phillipines - cheapest landline call was shown as Dial 123 Instant Dial 5.11p/min
(13.1p connection) Simply Dial
But a quick google came up with Planet-talk.co.uk with - Philippines
Landline5p/min
08445501020
How do I go about asking for Planet-talk's web site included in the scan for consideration in future?0 -

I wouldnt bother if you checked the real cost of calling the Planet-Talk number it cost,s All Week - 5.11p per minute and set-up cost of 13.1p thats from a BT line .Other suppliers can and do charge more to call it.0 -
Hi
Please include boss revolution in your list as it is cheaper and quality is lot better.0 -
I have a plusnet landline and use 18185 for my charged calls. I have just used the international callchecker and called a landline in Costa Rica with Dial 123. The charge quoted was 1p per min but the costfor a 47 min call was £1.08 making it 2p per min. Anyone know if thats right? Can I use 18185 and the special number for cheaper calls?0

looking at the rate from a BT Line. Plusnet charge different rates to them to 0844 etc access numbers. And no you can't use 18185 to call 0844 numbers.0 -
Thanks for your reply Ypaymore, but where can I find the cost of calls to 0844/0834/0871 from a plusnet line I have tried everywhere but to no avail. Anyone used the 08081703703 yet from 18185.co.uk? It states that using this freephone number the only charge is 4p connection for an international call. Can this be right? Any ideas?0

Update: checked the BT website & 0843715 is classed as g8 & this should be charged @ 1p per min. Can anyone confirm this.I have contacted PN for an answer and will update. It appears that you have to check BT's site for all these 0844,0845,0871 numbers etc.0
-
No as I have indicated before that's the BT rate. The Plusnet rate can be as much as 100% more. E.g. 2p instead of 1p.You need to check the Plusnet site to see what the charge is to call band G8.If you use the 18185 0808 Freephone access number you pay 4p plus call charges for intl calls.0

I have checked the g8 charge from Plusnet and it clearly states 1p per min. The reply from PN customer rep sheds no light on the matter.0

Call charges to 0843 715 are classed as g8 numbers & are charged @ 2p per min. i was looking at the wrong price list.0
