My order has been sitting in the delivery depot in Inverness since last Wednesday night. Was hoping to receive last Thursday or Friday but won't now till they go back to work on Thursday of this week.:mad: No wonder my 2 food hampers were frozen solid when they arrived if they take so long to deliver them.

I had the same problem with them cancelling large parts of the order so decided to cancel the rest of the order. I then emailed them and complained about the poor service for internet orders. It took them awhile to respond, although I had a blanket dealing with alot of emails generic response, but they have now sent a personal answer and a £10 credit for my next order on the account.

Still doesn't solve the issue but I should make use of it.

I placed 3 orders on Christmas Eve. 2 are showing as dispatched (1 arrived on Thursday), the other is still showing as not dispatched. It looks as though most of this order is now out of stock, does that mean its all likely to be cancelled?
I haven't received any cancellation emails
