When i ordered mine it said delivery 22nd, so im hoping i might get lucky.
the lady i spoke to today on the phone didnt mention any cancellations on it.

Def out of stock now, i had such a game ordering this morning and thought I was going to be charged twice. Was told to leave it for a while by CS and check back to see if it had gone through. checking back now I havent been charged for either and now out of stock. Sooooooo frustrating!

I have just got through to them and they have offered to refund my money. I rang days ago and requested a refund due to the lateness of the parcel and apparently nothing was done. :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

I have asked now for an email to confrim the refund is going to take place. The woman said the reund may take up to ten working days.

its ridiculous that things should take three weeks to arrive. I knw Hermes have a poor rep on these boards but Thorntons seem to be taking an age to process orders

I just rang and asked when delivery could be expected and was basically told it wont. I was offered the usual replacements but obviously none was as good as ordered, so I cancelled. Told it will take up to 10 working days for refund. I was also advised I wouldn't of been advised it was out of stock until it was ready to despatch.

I've just rung to find out where my order was too, I was told it is out on the van for delivery and that the drivers were delivering up until 11pm tonight, if I don't get it tonight then it will be here in the morning.
