I ordered 1 from ebay £9.99 plus postage,it came today ,box already been opened,and the same problem as most people,you go to charge it up and the green light is already on,meaning its fully charged,take it out of mains it doesn't work ! complete rubbish. I have emailed the ebay seller ,lets see what he says,the one i received was obviously a returned broken one . The seller lives 4 miles from me but took him a week to post it .

hurdy,yes that is the seller,i have now emailed him 3 times,he must have read my emails because he has been putting feedback on ebay. Last email was saying i shall claim back my cash.I wouldnt have thought he would have wanted bad feedback ?
I don't work,or claim any benefits so £13 is a lot for rubbish .

I agree that it must be a bad batch, as reviews did look pretty good.

If they get a new batch and replace then, are you guyz gonna accept this or claim money back?
If we get refunded, should we also be refunded on the p&p?

Ive emailed Siemens and asked for replacement and means of posting faulty one back. They are not in until Monday and no doubt they will be inundated.

windym. If i dont hear anything from the ebay seller i claim it all back,and he can pay for the postage back to him.He must have known my one was faulty ,cause the plastic carton it is in was opened and the instruction book has been well read before i received it .

Got mine yesterday - also doesn't work - really cheesed off waited ages - charges it up (green light on) as soon as I unplug it there is no charge.
Load of rubbish - not sure I want a replacement.
No reflection on OP just a bad product.
Buyer beware!

same here, dead duck..loads of people on thedvdforums.com have faulty units as well.
