I rang them today and the guy I spoke to said delivery to them was late, but hopefully tomorrow.

I got two yesterday, but neither seem to work. One appears to charge correctly, but as soon as it is disconnected from the mains the power goes completely. I can pair it with my phone Ok, but only while it's connected to the mains charger. My dad's just doesn't charge at all. Looks like it wasn't such a bargain (for me at least) after all. Hopefully they'll refund on the cost without too much hassle.

uh oh.I'm despairing then.
I ordered my partners off guy on ebay the powerseller.Week on havent received it.Not convinced it will work if I do.Plus he hasnt replied to me chasing it up.He has till weekend then I'm lodging a claim.

My 2 also came today. One will charge ok and seems to work ok with my 6310i though it has been a little iffy and sort of unpairs itself.

The other gets a green led lit while charger is connected but if battery is dead it should be red but it stays green and goes off as soon as charger is removed.

I think these must be a very dodgy batch.

I thought it would work with msn live messenger for pc to pc calls and skype too but it does not.

It is a shame some bargains turn out to be just cheap crap sometimes.

I am gonna leave the other charging over night to see if it springs to life before calling them.

Hmm, not much luck here either.. The LED turns green when I charge it, which, according to the manual means its fully charged.. However, when I switch it on nothing happens, and when I try to pair it nothing happens either (the LED should light up..).. Seems like a very faulty batch to me..

Anybody else had any luck?

mine arrived today.

As soon as I plug in the charger, the light comes on red then after 1/2 sec goes green, as you say, indicating its charged. However, when you then disconnect and turn on, nothing happens (ie green light goes out as soon as you disconnect from mains)

just tried calling them, open mon-thu 8.30-6, friday 9-6 only.

So when it says Delivery problems must be notified within 24 hours, how can I do that (I know it presumably means business hours...)
Their phone number, 0870 126 1085 doesnt seem to have an alternative, according to https://www.saynoto0870.com either...

When plugged into the mains, I can pair with my Siemens S55 as per poster above, but thats not really the idea is it!

Ditto, ditto and ditto.

Came today, appears to be fully charged (green light only) and then as soon as you disconnect it, it turns off and will not do anything.

A load of cr*p.
