  • Positive and negative these past few days... Up to 10 NSD's already, nearly halfway to target. Got some more free items for my shoe boxes so they are filling up nicely. Just got through my first day back at work :D However the negatives... My tyre isn't back yet so I am still stuck with my space saver. I dug out my bread maker (going back to making our own bread/rolls as its cheaper and we don't eat that much) but the element has gone. But we can use it to mix the dough etc I just need to then put the oven on, which using more electric than the BM :o

Other than that all is well, have about 60miles in my tank but not going far so that will certainly last until payday. I have also started a shopping list that at the moment only has bread flour, yeast and fruit on it so that's a cheap month, hopefully.

Just waiting until Thursday now

Yep :j Will check out what I got payed in the morning then after work fill up my car and get my mini grocerys list, wage permitting :D
  • Tomorrow is payday, however due to the difference in the way we recieve our actual slip I know what I will be recieving tomorrow. So after all my bills etc and two tanks of fuel I will have £211.34 remaining :j

So I am thinking maybe £150 to Argos which will leave me £61.34 which is more than I was planned. It would leave £238.95 on my Argos account which I can easily clear next month. I am going to list a few things on ebay this weekend so that £60 will be used to cover postage for those. I am hoping to make enough money to either cover the cost of my new mobile or pay off argos, we shall see.

Have a great hump day all

  • Beanie, I ahve had this Avi for a long time, I was thinking about changing to to a moshi monster but decided against it...

So I have been a wee bit naughty... You remember way back when I said I was going to go to the cinema and it never happened, well today I did :j So I borrowed £20 from Mum and went to the cinema to watch the smurfs.

£7.20 cinema (£4.00 back from friend as OW)
£2.00 whsmith, 5 chalk packs for christmas boxes
    £3.98 spud and drink
    £3.77 chocolate :o

    Total 16.95 - £4.00
    = £12.95 Spent

Not too bad I don't think, I resisted the popcorn and the chocolate was from hotel chocolat :D However it now means my personal spends is down to £41.34 and £8.07 in my purse! But I am not thinking about that just yet once I get my items on ebay (sat night) I know I can make something from them :T

What was the film like Pap? Looks a bit annoying from the trailer, but you never can tell.

It was cute and so funny, but the underlying message was amazing! But it was a typical animated/childs film however sometimes I like to watch things like that. It was that or lonly place to die but I wasn't sure if my friend would enjoy that. Next planned for us is Happy Feet 2 and Lion King (if avalible in 2D). I prefer to try and rent if possible as it works out much cheaper but as a special treat on OW I don't mind paying the £4 :D

Thanks Pap. I'll probably watch it when it comes on Sky. I think I am in the minority who couldn't stand Happy Feet. I thought it was really boring.

Really fancy going to the cinema now :).
