I'm not saying that if you've got something negative to say you shouldn't say it but there are better ways of saying it than "you're a waste of space so p*** off!!!"
You should never call somebody else a nerd or geek because everybody (even YOU !!!) is an
"anorak" about something whether it's trains, computers, football, shoes or celebs :p :rotfl:

You would not be classed as intentionally homeless I dont think as it becomes "unreasonable to occupy" ie you cant afford it.

Do take some advice from Shelter.org.uk

    Running away wont solve anything

    How much do you owe
    What is the APR
are you sure they are unlicensed - have you checked with the FSA and with consumer direct and companies house ( on internet)
If they are NOT unlicensed then you may have some good grounds
Have you ever signed a credit agreement
Could you do a SOA to see whats going on- read southern scousers sticky.

If you are genuine & I hope you are, then stick around

Unlicensed money lenders purposely seek out those who are vulnerable, as well documented. Picking on the OP is simply not going to help is it?
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

My Internet Troll Detector is ringing very loudly here. I'll apologise if it's wrong, but it's usually quite accurate

    http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&lr=&safe=off&oi=definer&q=define:internet+troll/draft&defl=en

if not then I think there are very few options available:

Work out a plan with the debtors to pay back the money you owe in a way that is going to let you and your family survive realistically, or go to the police if these individuals are making that impossible and are using threatening tactics. I assume that being unlicensed loan sharks, a large percentage of this debt is interest that has been compounded at an astronomic and illegal level.

I hope you are sincere and I hope you work things out. If on the other hand you ARE a troll, then you still have my sympathy albeit for slightly different reasons.

I think they would be more frightened of the heavies coming round tooled up with their 'repayment motivators' putting their size 10's through the door than posting on a forum.

Yes I think someone might be more scared of a heavy boot than the heavy-handed small-minded approach some people have used in this thread but that still doesn't justify some of the comments made though does it?

In some ways I hope this thread was started by a 'troll' than a genuine person looking for a port in a storm who might have been scared off for good.
But I hope that he's got the strength to come back and listen to those of us who give a sh*t than those who don't.
