I Have Got Myself In Real Trouble, I Recently Cosolidated All My Credit Card And Unsecured Lending By Increasing My Mortgage, But I Have A Real Problem As I Have Run Up Around £70,000 Debts With Unregulated Loan Sharks And Family, I Feel My Only Opption Is To Sell My House And Use The Money From This To Set Myself And My Family Free From The Fear Of The Heavy's, My Worry Is Were Will We Live? If I Applied For A Council House Would They Ask To See Where My Money Has Gone? I Don,t Want To Run Away From England But It May Be The Only Opption And Even Then I Would Have To Spend The Rest Of My Life Looking Over My Shoulder,

Capitalising the first letter of every word - where does this come from? I've seen this before on this forum.

vbulletin has a feature so posts written all in capitals are reduced to just capitals of first words, some forum admins turn this on, as posts all in capitals can be annoying

THE GUYS WHO COME AROUND FOR THE MONEY USUALY HAVE FEW TEETH, SO YES IN A WAY THEY ARE TOOTHLESS SHARKS, I SUSPECT THEY COULD KILL ME, BUT THEN THEY WOULDNT GET THEIR MONEY. Are you saying you've taken a second mortgage with these loan sharks or that you transferred your debts to your mortgage and then borrowed £70,000 from loan sharks.

Do you have any equity in your house?

NO I CLEARED THE DEBT ON CREDIT CARDS AND LOANS WITH MY MORTGAGE,(REMORTGAGE) WITH MY BANK. BUT I STILL HAVE THE OTHER DEBT WITH THE LOAN SHARKS.....JOHNNY

I dont know much about this sort of thing My first thought would be go to the police surely this isnt legal??

Hopefully someone will be along soon who can advise..
