    Hi all,

    Can anyone help me please?

    Had a contract phone with o2 for 12 months. Have ended contract and they have ported my existing number over to a PAYG sim that i have recieved. Therefore, how should i approach this now as this is a new sim card but the existing numbers the same if that makes sense.

    Anyone free to advise?

    sim took 4 ever too arrive but got £5 free thanx for advice
    when can i get rid of new sim or do i throw the old one a little confused now sorry

    Once the money has actually been credited throw the new sim away.

    Just out of curiosity has anyone tried this more than once, if so do you get it? i know it goes of how much you credit your phone with as to how much you recieve.

    what time did u get urs at?

    Im just wondering in case they have realised and I am not getting my £25!

    My :D £5:D (I don't use it much) was credited on the due date - at 17:50 so be patient!
