So you didn't post it on here when you found it. Now you want advice, and the offer is no longer available, you post it on the 'grabbit' board?!

I would have done the same and if order was recived then i would post on here because you know soon as its posted 100s will go for it and no one will get it like many that are posted.
If you dont like me remember its mind over matter, I dont mind and you dont matter ;)

Can i pls add a question, if you buy an item from amazon and they price it incorrecty and the buyer purchases 10 items and items are delivered, is that then job done or can amazon or any other retailer demand return/ refund/ ban the customer?

    Just wondering.
    Thanks

If they are delivered they can't do anything with the goods, but ofc they can ban you from the site, it's at their discretion who they allow to shop on their site.

Has anyone actually checked what Amazon's terms and conditions say?
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

  • "Loss of a bargain" is unfortunately something in mythical land

Really? I must have imagined a £800 win :rotfl:

Can the OP get it for this? As unlikely as it being 85 degrees tomorrow :)

In a nut shell, they email you a despatch notice. If they realise before it has left the building they decide whether to honour it or not.

With respect to items sold by Amazon.com, we can't confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
This policy applies only to products sold and shipped by Amazon.com. Sellers may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item"

It most certainly did......................I laughed at the doubters all the way to the bank. ;)

"Loss of Bargain" is not mythical - gratefully.

Just one other point to other people, after reading through this thread .... is it any wonder why some members just lurk and do not post, some people are SO rude and ignorant!!!!! We're not all experts, some are new members, so why don't you give people a chance.

    Thank you.

    Well said, completely agree.
