    Hi!
Oh,come on. It's winter, supposed to be cold and snowing. Enjoywhile it lasts:)
  • No snow yet...... but they say its on its way.

Just opened a pack of family circle biscuits and the kids wanted the smilley face ones with jam and cream inside, just had to laugh when one of the faces looked cross eyed!!! it looked so funny!!!

Keep safe and warm everyone and have a nice weekend.

Snowy and cold here - I won't be going anywhere tonight :p
Sometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!

  • We had an "interesting" drive into town, slip sliding around.Plenty of muppets out there in totally unsuitable vehicles and even less talent! Stopped for 2 walkers,1 a young lad carrying a keyboard on his back walking to the station to catch a train to Watford where he was booked to play at a wedding, another an old lady to her local shop for essentials.Hope the wedding went ahead..think we are currying tonight..yum!
    Debt-free...and staying that way...
  • Raging about the snow. Its really heavy in Belfast and probably heaviest in my area. Friday was meant to take a girl I've been seeing out, impossible. My brothers flight from Newcastle where he studies was cancelled, hes hoping to get over on monday instead.

Today, had to call into work and tell them there was no chance. Car wouldnt start, 6 inches of frozen snow surrounding it, taxis are refusing to come into my area because of all the icy ungritted hills. it would take me 2+ hours to walk it in this snow since its on the other side of the city. I'd not be getting home to about 1am in this weather. Will have to go in tomorrow though as I need the cash, so may get the snow shoes on.

Right, I'm off out, I'm trying a new look with makeup. Was going to wear a new black lacy top, but it doesn't go with the belly, so I'm going for a longer gold one - I can just pretend it's so that I look more festive!

Sister's at Milton Keynes after getting stuck on the M25, so no idea what time she'll get there.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.
  • Evening all, light dusting here. Managed to get to work and home again safely, however our road was awful on the way back. Hoping no more will fall but the forecast says otherwise :o sorry some of you have it really bad, stay safe :)

I'm doing ok. We walked down to the village this morning cos we didn't want to get the car out. Did our shopping and walked home. About ½ hr later, I realised that I needed to go out to get something vital and that we were going to have to get the car out cos we would have to go to Clevedon. At least the main road was clear.
Go on - spill about your full-time job - pm me if you want. Really really pleased for you..
