i have noticed over the past few sales, that there is less available of everything

think Next is being run more like the supermarkets now, ie buy it now, or it will be gone, so they dont stock items in the vast numbers like they did previously. although unlike the supermarkets, Next have lowered the quality of their clothing, but kept the prices high

Thanks. Does anyone understand the service charge? I ordered these boots haven't worn them yet. It said on the statement that they have extended their returns for Christmas but orders will be subject to a service charge. So if I send them back they will charge me, does anyone know how much? Thanks

I spoke to a supervisor earlier who said the criteria was to receive the directory, place an order that season and have minimum of £300 left to spend on your account & to sign up to recive offers

Hi, dont want to scare you, but I read earlier that if you do not sign in in the first 20 mins of your slot you lose it??? 6 am is very early :eek:

No, it's if you do not add an item to your basket within 20 mins it automatically ends.
