No!! I've logged in and out bout 20 times but guess I'm not getting one!!!! Oh well looks like I ll get choice of whatever tatt is left on Friday!

No email but logged on to my account and it was there waiting for me. Site will probably crash if we all log on for the first 6.00 pm slot.

got one as well, dont often buy a lot in these sales if Im honest, a few years ago my order came before christmas, last year it took weeks and a couple of items came a few months later, so much later that i didnt remember ordering it and had to phone up to see why theyd sent it:o

no, have logged in and out about 30 times now on different browsers :rotfl:not really surprised as i dont even have a credit account with them (i pay by debit card) but still sucks as i have bought alot from them this year.

I havent got a paper catalogue but received an invite to the summer sale even though it was the same criteria then......havent got one this time - yet tho! I will keep logging in & out all day just to be sure ;-)

Very odd ethics they have in my eyes. I pay my balance off in full every time I buy, I've got 3k credit limit and used to spend about £1500 in the sale. Clearly my business was not worth much so I am not that bothered now, there will be other places to buy from, not just Next.

I am the same, over 3k limit, always pay on time, spend thousands in the sale, shop every so often during the rest of the year (last shopped with them a month ago) so I meet all the criteria. I even signed up for the stupid directory, even though I didn't want it.

They say they choose people for VIP at random, but how come some people seem to get them every time, it's not right.

Just sent an email telling them to cancel the directory, i'll shop somewhere else.

I don't know, the only thing I can think of is to complain to the Office of Fair Trading as it should be something open to everyone, not just people who have chosen to spend money.

But hey ho, I am sure there will be bargains elsewhere, I found loads of stuff in Tesco earlier this year and I'll only buy way too much that the kids are not going to wear anyway as they are at school.

The stuff from Tesco is cheaper OUT of the sale than it is in the sale at Next and for the amount of times they will wear it, I think I'll just wait til their sale starts and buy from Tesco again. I spent £70 earlier this year and I got loads of stuff as there was also a code knocking around. Even got DD some skinny jeggings for £2.10 but she refuses to wear them as they are 'too tight' (LOL) but I did not return as they 'were a bargain'.

I've still got stuff in the draw from last years sale that she would not wear as it felt 'weird' on so it was a waste of money. She is a strange one my DD!! The only thing I really need are some jumpers for me and jeans for DS so it'll be Tesco, Asda or M&S sale then.

Oh well no slot for me & I also meet all of the criteria. Not a bad thing though as I would have bought too much stuff

He also said that more invites will be sent throughout week. When I asked about stock issues he said no everybody will be given same opportunity and stock is not an issue.

I did cancel my directory for this reason.

Arghhh ..was depending on next to buy clothes for baby due next month
