    If you are developing for Android, there is already a say no to 0870 app available for free. It has a companion app that intercepts attempts to dial one of these numbers and offers to search the say no to 0870 website for you, or use 0800 buster and the like for 0800 numbers.

    If you are developing this app for iPhone. Apple will not approve it as it denies revenue for their carriers.
