The winners for the competitions you have mentioned, are chosen at complete random by the system.
As the computer chooses them at random, there is no bias nor human intervention so every one who enters has the same chance of winning as the next member.

I understand that seeing repeat winners may arouse your suspicion, but as mentioned above all entries have the same chance.

So could it be the time of day that you enter the quiz?

Or is it the X number entrant of each quiz eachday that wins the quiz?

Isn't DS still in touch with Darragh? as he doesn't work there maybe he will give us a clue into what the system consists of?? I must say its a very odd system from what I have seen and does bug me too! I also would love to hear what their 'random' system is..........

When you enter the crossword comp I am sure it says your name has been entered into a hat....

....I didn't know computers had hats, let alone able to pick a name out of one!!! :rotfl:

Maybe its just a random number generator.
They can be abit unreliable.
When we did programming it was very easy to find out of 1000 random numbers,you often got 3 the same in a row.Depends how well they are programmed.
