Is there anyone else waiting for the Skilljam Points? I emailed Pigsback twice now to ask when they going credit me with the 1000 points?

And the reply both time was,we are currently waiting on Skilljam to send us a file containing all members who registered with them.

I signed up with Skilljam only to get points. So I can order another Boots voucher before Christmas. But now I don't think so. I have £ 50 Boots vouchers and need £40 more to get the Camera from Boots.

Thank you everyone for the answers. I wouldn't have entered all these competitions if the answers were not posted here.

droopsnout, I don't think you changed your signature for few days. Like reading your signatures.

  • Came home from work to a package from Amazon today... Unfortunately it was just the hellmann's book. What a piece of junk! Can't believe they have the cheek to put it up at £5.99 :rotfl: How I pity anyone who might have actually paid for it..
An illustrative example of the ingenuity displayed- in the "odd but excellent" section, allegedly filled with bizarre combinations which somehow work is Toby Anstis' fantastic creation... They didn't even bother to give it a silly name, because it's very blatantly... A CHEESE SANDWICH!!! WOWSA! From the book:
"How you make it: smear the bread with the hellmann's real mayonnaise. Place the chunky slices of smoked cheddar cheese on the bread, then layer with the slices of tomatoes and cucumber."
How did he come up with it? Such imagination.. The best thing for me about the book is some of the very, very bizarre pictures of people who invented the sarnies on display. Why is Linda Christie clearly naked? And what was Kevin Tran thinking? Was that ropey passport photo really the best image of himself he could find :D

That'll be because programmed RNGs are actually Pseudo RNGs which require a seed value (typically the computers real time clock) and then use an algorithm to calculate a series of numbers. Thus if you seed two different instances of the same RNG with the sam starting value you get repeating results. This is a fault commonly made by testers of RNG software who write harnesses that repeatedley create a new instance of the RNG and store the output value many times a second, then they wonder why they get multiple repeats

That's nothing to the CFPD this bloke came into the office with the other day. I was like, "You expect me to fix that? It's got FPN's flooding out over multiple FTTR-LD's and we've only got a half switch deccelarator, and even that's on it's last legs! We'd need 4 switch minimum, and if we had that kind of PTB capability I'd hardly go and squander it all side-bolstering your excessive RFN output!" He started crying, so I left it at that, but... Ttssch, some people...

Does it make me a massive geek that I understood what you said? I fear so...

Has anyone else noticed that the Money Matters quiz has been about "what is on certain bank notes" for the last week or so?

Have they run out of questions and just raiding their wallets for a change?? :rotfl:
You're so very special, I wish I was special
