I thought it was free delivery regardless of what option you selected - and I'm sure it showed as free during the checkout process

They must have cottoned onto people getting free delivery with orders under £15 and fixed the loophole.

Although saying that, i don't see what harm it does for them to allow it.. they're all coming out of the same warehouse i'm assuming and probably even in the same package, so how can they justify charging full postage for an extra item or so.

I've trawled through a good number of pages but have not been able to find this answer anywhere - I recently recieved an email saying buy 5 items or more over xmas and were give you 500 points... i duly did this. But now i notice that the deal is... if you spend over £100. Anyone know the situation with this, if the 500 points were not offered i probably would have gone through quidco :mad:

It's not your mind playing tricks - when the offer first went up it did say that, and then they changed it to over £100 spent. It was discussed but I'm not sure when or if it may have been on the previous thread.

If you've still got the email it probably wouldn't hurt to forward it back to PB with details of your purchases and a firm but fair email pointing out that you met the published conditions...
