Please help! Another query about claiming points for Amazon purchases through Pigsback. When I paste my order receipt do I have to include the details of what I have ordered ie book titles? Also if I have placed an order which contains two books do I just state the whole invoice amount and paste the whole receipt or do I have to just declare the book values?

Sorry for the questions, but personally I don't think the instructions provided on the Pigsback offer page are detailed enough.

    Thanks.

I just tend to copy the whole confirmation e-mail. Seems to work for me.

Both of your links in the example are opening up the same page.....

So,.... or is it just me

Yes but one is the link that follows the correct trail of the clickthrough, the other link just takes you to the page as usual, as if you'd never clicked on the clickthrough to get to it.

Another point to funnyguy. I thought we'd agreed not to feed the trolls.

I think he was referring to the incorrect spelling of his name lol. :);)

Wow, I ordered the Sandwich book with Amazon yesterday morning and it's just arrived! Amazing service.

Now why doesn't that happen when I order something for a present and it takes weeks to arrive?

Haven't had any points yet though.

It pays to do your shopping via pigsback! I'm so pleased they all tracked!
  • Have they reduced the cost of some of the gift vouchers, I just ordered a £10 Boots one for 1000 points, I'm sure it used to be around 1150

Learn from the mistakes of others - you won't live long enough to make them all yourself.

Yes, they reduced them a few weeks ago. I'm not sure how long it will be before they increase them back to 1150 points again though.

Last Thursday I e-mailed Pigsback to ask a few questions about the daily quizes and this is the reply they sent me.

    Hi xxxxxxx,

    Thanks for your mail.

The winners for the competitions you have mentioned, are chosen at complete random by the system.
As the computer chooses them at random, there is no bias nor human intervention so every one who enters has the same chance of winning as the next member.

For the daily trivia quiz for example, you would have approximately 300 entries every day.

I understand that seeing repeat winners may arouse your suspicion, but as mentioned above all entries have the same chance.
Thanks for taking the time to write in, and I will be sure to raise your comments with the team.

    Kind Regards,

    Rachel

So it has nothing to do with who they like best.

What they don't say is that the computer is programmed by a Human:D

So could it be the time of day that you enter the quiz? :o

Or is it the X number entrant of each quiz eachday that wins the quiz? :o

The answers to these questions and many others can be found by entering Jackshit into Google. ( typed in white ):rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
