My wife has just bought me a 6 pack of tesco mince pies and i had just about finished chomping on the first out the box and came across what i thought was orange peel(but seemed to hard for orange peel)so i took it out my mouth, and on closer inspection it is a large piece of a mans fingernail!!!!.I have put it to one side in a sealybag.Who is best to send it to?,how do i go about complaining ect........
How did you decide it was a man's finger-nail?0 -
I bought some of tesco's raspberry cheesecakes a while back, when I came to eat them I found a metal sliver sticking up through the cheesecake so I took it back to the store I bought it from.
There they immediatley refunded me and asked if I wanted a replacement, they also took name and address.
Two days later I received a letter from customer relations with a gift voucher for £20.You may click thanks if you found my advice useful0 -
