    They don't want to!

They will forward it on to the relevant department if it is not a customer services issue.

No we don't, so stop trying to second guess.

The OP asked for some information, I supplied some, it is up to them if they use it, not for you,(again), to try and belittle my help, which is all you have done on this thread, (and others), you have offered no assistance to the OP, so unless you have any relevant information for them, I suggest you go away and stop being obstructive!

I suggest you try and show a few manners and actually try and be constructive rather than personal attacks all of the time.

How can it be second guessing when we have no idea what the issue is????

I am being constructive,(where is yours on this thread? more like OBstructive).
What "personal attacks"? I am just stating the facts! Read the post, a thing you do not seem to do most of the time before knee jerk replies.

We do not need to know the issue, (unless the OP wants to post it), they asked for some info and received it, you want the issue? post the question to the OP!

its a real mystery, they have no specific complaint, so they havent been wronged, lets try and guess what it may be (this thread is boring afterall)
commenting on the lack of good looking checkout girls!

No they said a "general complaint", (you cannot possibly know if they have been wronged or not), and choose not to share it on an open forum?

They asked; - "where I can make a general, not store, or product specific, complaint to Tesco". Now what is the problem with that? Similar requests are made daily.
You obviously don't have an answer so decide to attempt to ridicule the OP:confused:
