hello Myself and Mrs OJ have a hinari hb174 breadmaker that we want to start using again but we cannot find the recipe book that came with it due to several house moves. I have tried the hinari website which just seems to be an address. if anyone could help us to locate a recipe book it would be much appreciated.
ThanksTHE SHABBY SHABBY FOUNDER0 -
is it worth googling Hinari to see if there is a website you can download the instructions from? Haven't tried this with Hinari, but it has worked with lots of others in the past! Alternatively ask on you local freecycle?0

Hi OddJobKIA,
There's an earlier thread with advice about using a Hinari breadmaker and some recipes that may help so I've added your thread to it.
As far as I can see nobody on the Old Style board has managed to find the instructions on line but hopefully someone who owns one will be able to help.

Hi All, Happy New Year!
I have a Hinari HB174 which I picked up at a Sunday car boot sale last month, complete with wet and dry measures. I was a bit dubious about buying at £4, and although the seller didn' t have the instruction/recipe books at the sale she said if I'd give her my address she'd forward them. I took a chance, the books arrived on the Tuesday, I bought ingredients on the Wednesday, and I've used it every two days since. It makes as good a loaf as I've tasted from any BM and my family/neighbours always want my fresh bread!
One thing I don't know if anyone can advise on...I've heard that using oil makes a better loaf than butter, can you tell me what quantity of oil, and is it olive oil? I don't use sunflower/veg oil but would buy a small bottle just to try. Thanks, Sparrer0 -
Can anyone give me any recipes to use with my Hinari HB174 breadmaker as i cannot find a recipe book to go with it.0
