Well your are entitled your opinion not that it makes any difference to me. I do not have to prove to you or anyone what I did or did not do.

What ever she has done for the child is all well and fair, and it was the council who have put a roof over her head and not her. She would not even be here if I did not marry her, and if she did not have the child she would never of had a council house, so please do not make it out that she is some kind of martyr as she is nothing but a liar and a cheat and who has done irrevocable damage to me.

Fair enough if she is a good mother, that is for her own benefit and no one else. And I am not whinging about the CSA, I came on here to see if could get some advice or help. It's because of evil tactic's that parties play against each other and use children as weapons that this government is pulling back legal aid. Now I understand why.

She was and still is a bitter person, and I have no regrets at all, regardless of how you preach and make me out to be something that I am not. Maybe I was irresponsible and could or should have done more, but I refused to play any sinister games with her and family members. If you find this hard to digest then I suggest to stop posting on my thread, either way it don't make no difference to me.

Or if you feel that strong about it maybe you should accompany me to the hearing and side with the CSA and tell the judge of what you think. We need more people like you in the government then I am certain no one would have these kind of problems, with you showing everyone of what you think.

And that makes it OK, does it?

I think it does. Very irresponsible.

At least these parents showed that they cared and would fight to see their children because they loved them and wanted to spend time with them.

You did not try hard enough. Obviously.

Not at all. But your ex is not here to put her side - you are the one whinging about the CSA. Whatever has happened with your ex and access, she has been there for you son, she has raised him, loved him, fed and clothed him, put a roof over his head, bought him Christmas presents..

    Nope.

Whipped came on this forum for advice not a moral beating
  • Responses like the one you got from viktory show what this country has become.

Its advice he needed not a sermon.

End of the day, we all know this country have coniving women, just as much as NRP's who avoid paying for their children.

Reading viktory responses me thinks she has a very narrow minded view
  • PS, you are a very long way from jail. Its used as a scare tactic to make you pay. Invariably its far more than you should have to pay, thats why you should seek legal advice

OK think we are all done here - the OP has been given good advice and now has some advocacy in place.
