thanks!
I will be starting off at 5k this year, so for the challenge purposes I will be saving 5k in 2011 and the £200 put away today will go towards the 2011 challenge so the numbers are even
Good luck everyone and merry christmas0 -

Hello all -
I'd love to join as the 10k in 2010 was a huge boost for me, but I'm a bit unsure on where to set my goals. I am hoping to get transferred overseas at work soonish, but have no confirmation on when that will happen (hopefully before the summer). I will be taking a large paycut, but my cost of living will presumably also fall as well (moving to Uganda).
So I'll have a think about targets, then come back to sign up properly :-)Mortgage free by 30:eek:: £28,000/£100,000Debt free as of 1 October, 2010

Thanks! I'm definitely up for joining in again. It really motivated me last year to read how everyone was getting on and to post my totals.Wandered away from the MSE track for a while but am back and on a mission! Debts cleared nearly £18k. Now to start saving ...0

Please can i join?? I joined the 10K in 2010 last year about half way through but got off track with it because i suddenly had a load of things to pay for at the end of the year. However, 2011 is a fresh start and even though 11k sounds like alot right now, even if i get anywhere close to that amount it will be great.
Also, last year i was watching the 10k in 2010 and the people in the challenge were so inspiring, often surpassing the 10k target. :TMortgage - £105,5000 -
Have added you all to the list. Tomorrow we start. If you could post your totals so far in a different colour that would help me to keep the list updated e.g £1 paid off so far.

Can I please join. I'll set my target as £11,000 paid off by the end of 2011, but I'm hoping to pay off more. Watch this space...Proud to be dealing with my debtsSnowball Calculator DFD October 2014 - I'll do whatever it takes to become debt-free much, much sooner!0
