I cant beleive this seller, can you please post their username so i can ensure i never buy anything from them.
Call their bluff and ask for the photos and a copy of the recorded delivery receipt showing the tracking details and weight to your address!! I assume their photos are also dated and timed the same date and time as they sent the item!! what an evil seller, its people like this that really really make me mad!0 -
DO NOT post their username or PM it to anyone till the issue is resolved0

Well either there is something horribly wrong with the postal service so that a box can turn into an envelope en route .
If anyone works out how to turn an envelope into a box en route let me know, I'd save a fortune on postage!

It's pretty obvious the guys being a k..b ( I can think of much harsher names for him). Sending a cocky post it note with the Lego piece. I hope his scam comes back to bite him in the bum.

Can we each report him to HMRC for suspected tax avoidance? If they get 100-odd reports surely they will investigate

Worse than that, it looks like they are perpetrating some kind of fraud and possibly the best way to do this is contact the police or mount a civil claim. My instinct is to think "criminal" but sometimes the police consider online trading issues to be a civil matter. Either way, taking legal action would be a way to cut through some of the Paypal red tape which is obviously inadequate for dealing with matters like this. Can we each report him to HMRC for suspected tax avoidance?
