Have you contacted Boots? People that have had items missing or damaged contacted Boots and have had the issue resolved.

I am shocked that almost every other post on here is about items missing out of peoples bags!!!

A couple of days ago I had three items missing from my order so I contacted customer services who were great and said they would dispatch missing items for next day delivery. The next day a box arrived with only a gift bag inside and no products! Contacted cs again and they reordered the items and I have received them this morning

ive just rung boots as the shower gel has a small crack in it, this box is for me so i dont mind but they have given me 500 points on my card

picked mine up this morning checked everything was there to descover show gel leaking a little they relaced it and sold me the leking one for £3 bargian

I never got a text til late yesterday afternoon to collect my stuff at the Hamilton store. Had a look last night when I collected it and everything is there and in good condition !!
