is the snow bad? The snow hasn't been terrible here but I know my play deliveries and amazon have been a nightmare, but you'd think big companies would be better with deliveries.
Thats in London, no we have no problems with snow, but I guess the problem is where the goods are coming from. Phoned the store, they said that they haven't had delivery for awhile. So am still waiting.You are 48% tight

Just been to get my four. I had to do two trips because I could only carry two at a time, they didn't even fit in the plastic bags. All four had everything in, however one of the girligo's top has come lose and half of the bottle has leaked over the box thing, the bag looks ok. Is it only going to be the bag that is kept or will people be keeping the boxy thing too? Going to phone Boots now and see what they say. PLUS I nearly slipped right over on a bit of ice, I looked like I was practicing my ninja moves!0

2 items missing in mine - rang customer services and they were very helpful. Points added to my advantage card (not sure how many) - not ideal as its a present but I will be going into town tomorrow to pick up 2 other soap and glory items to add before Xmas day so not too much of a problem.0 -

Well managed to get mine after all :j Made a trip in myself and sure enough it was there! Was a little worried as it was mobbed so didn't want to be a nuisance and ask to check contents, just got home now and everything's there :T0 -

:undecided I think the box is something a lot of people like to keep, me included, if you look back in the thread people use them for all sorts - toiletries box, other storage, laundry basket..0 -
Been following this thread from the start, signed up to vent my anger towards Boots.
Ordered mine at 6.55am on Friday for delivery to store, got a confirmation email and ever since the order status has been "your order is being processed". Was due to pick it up today but was working so couldn't go, got home and had to delivery email so rang up customer services. Apparently my order failed yet they failed to inform me of this! So annoyed with them. Said it was a Christmas present and I wasn't happy, he said he would compensate me with 250 points (is that a lot? I'm new to Boots) and would get a supervisor to ring me tomorrow. Where do I stand with this? Can anyone help?
Supervisor rang this morning at 8.50am, very surprised as was told it could take up to 24 hours for a phone call. The assistant I spoke to last night has misunderstood what the status of my order was and she explained it meant the delivery had been delayed but it was in the store now, went to pick it up and everything was there! Very happy about this. Also still got my advantage points from last night!0 -
Mine has just been delivered to my door (only ordered Monday when they came back into stock)............I'm amazed we still have nearly a foot of snow here and the "delivered by" date was 5th Jan.:j
