As instructed on the bottom left of your invoice, allow at least 5 days after delivery and then put you Advantage Card in the machine in store, it will add the points. Points can be collected up to twelve months from delivery.

Please make sure u check that everything is in the boxs because alot of people have items missing.

I will do thanks, I'm going to check them instore. I'll want them to bag them up anyway because there's no way I'm carrying four boxes home! It's only a small pharmacy store in a suburb so it hopefully won't be too busy.

Same here! Not amused :mad: Boyfriend has just tried to pick it up and was told they had a massive delivery last night but mine wasn't in it!

Anyone know as well, I ordered it using my name/card but put my boyfriend's name down as collector, will it be address to the shop in my name or his?

EDIT: Just checked my status on Boots.com and it says received at store?!
