Anyone had the tote delivered in South Wales?

I was so excited last night to see in my Boots account that the order was "dispatched" but when I checked tonight is says "Failed Delivery". I paid the dearer postage rate to get the dedicated delivery day, which is tomorrow, so I'm wondering what's happened. I've checked DHL tracking, which says its in Capel Hendre (local DHL office I think) so was assuming it would be delivered tomorrow, but never seen Failed delivery status on my account. Has anyone else had this before? x

Just received my second order this evening. I ordered 3 more of the totes and out the 3, only 1 box is fine. Not happy at all!! 1 box has 2 items missing and the other box has 1 missing item!!! Was for xmas presies too!


What do I do?

I had mine posted to the pontypool store, it was meant to be there for the 29th but i had an email to say its there today :j

i picked mine up today and like other posters was surprised how big and heavy it was!
as i was walking back to the car a lady stopped me and said where did you get that?
i looked at her puzzled and said got what?
she said that big pink bag.......
so i held it a little tighter and said i ordered on line last week!

Am gonna check my email again to see if am in luck. I'll be collecting from Tottenham Hale.

My order was due for pick up at Motherwell store today(well yesterday Wedensday),when i phoned the store still hadnt had a delivery,will try again today,but if its not there then its no use to me,I need it for christmas eve for santa coming(im working until 9.30pm christmas eve,so no chance of collecting it then)...realy realy hope it arrives in time...weather aint too bad here now,and my big Thorntons hamper made it on next day delivery yesterday.

That's where I'm collecting mines, I ordered it early Friday morning, and didn't get the email til 6ish tonight. So if you ordered yours around the same time I'm sure it'l be there.

I'm not even sure where that is is the snow bad? The snow hasn't been terrible here but I know my play deliveries and amazon have been a nightmare, but you'd think big companies would be better with deliveries.
