Im a bit worried now - I left my sis's tote in the box it arrived at the store in and just wrapped it up. I hope everything's in it! I wonder how the contents are missing if they are being sent from warehouses?

My mum checked the content of the bag what is bought for me, got given 1500 as an apology and was told to take it back to store for refund or exchange, she managed to exchange it for one with full contents, very very happy with boots customer service.

My box was opened when it was delivered to me 3 things are missing from it and the things that are in it now have been opened already ! not impressed at all.

Phone boots customer service and tell them whats happened and what items are missing from your box and the fact that ur products are open! Hopefully they will give you a full refund and maybe extra points to apologies if you get a nice customer service person!!

Picked mine up from Boots today - I presumed they'd over-packaged in it a huge box and was very surprised to see how big the actual tote bag + contents is!!!!
