This may have been asked so apologies in advance if it has.

My order was supposed to be available for collection today, but I've not had an email/text to say it's arrived and on my boots account it's still saying "dispatched"

Does this mean it's not been delivered to the store yet?

I did try and phone but it's been ringing out all day, most probably because of how busy the store will be, I don't fancy walking through the snow to find out it's not there

I didn't get an email to say mine was ready for collection, but as I was in the area, I popped in and it was there. Unfortunately, the breakfast scrub was missing. Luckily, the SA said I could pick something else off the shelf to replace it.

There are 4 in stock in the smallest store in Chester, The Forum, Northgate Street Spotted them today as I walked past, was rather surprised and I'm not sure if the main Chester shop on Eastgate Street still have some but I'd say they were both worth checking if you're still searching.

Thanks, I will pop in tomorrow and see if they have it. Here's hoping as I'm working all of Christmas Eve and probably won't get a chance to pick it up.

None at The Fort, Cheetham Hill, Manchester, though the chap did say there were 2 cages full waiting to be collected! (I got mine, hurrah!)
None at the Boots, Arndale Centre either.

Just got mine home, collect from store, it's missing the breakfast body butter, called the store they have none in stock none on line either!!!

Just spoke to nice customer service lady, she is giving me £9.25 of points so I can buy it when the store has them come back in as a regular stock item not just for Christmas. Extra £2.50 worth as well as a sorry.

Been following this thread from the start, signed up to vent my anger towards Boots.
Ordered mine at 6.55am on Friday for delivery to store, got a confirmation email and ever since the order status has been "your order is being processed". Was due to pick it up today but was working so couldn't go, got home and had to delivery email so rang up customer services. Apparently my order failed yet they failed to inform me of this! So annoyed with them. Said it was a Christmas present and I wasn't happy, he said he would compensate me with 250 points (is that a lot? I'm new to Boots) and would get a supervisor to ring me tomorrow. Where do I stand with this? Can anyone help?

Sorry you did not get yours. Hope you can pick one up from a store. I would not count on them phoning you back. I was promised by 3 different staff members from 3 phone calls that someone would call me back on Friday afternoon and I am still waiting. I contacted them by email again today and they haven't responded. :mad:
