The crust around the side and bottom on my bread is always crunchy as well, it's just the top that's soft!Fluttering about an inch off the ground, I may fly properly one day and soar in the clouds!

It should be better if you do it on light, the fastbake loaf on light is almost (not quite) invisible crust. I think that's one reason why DS likes it!0

Do you know what? I actually have a grumble.
Im getting REALLY hacked off with the blade always staying in the bottom of the loaf. Every single time this has happened.
I have
cleaned the blade out with a cocktail stick
Funnelled oil into the blade hole so that its swivels more
cleaned the pole bit and oiled that
I just dont know what else I cn do here
Mind you my flat smells MMMM MMM mMMMM:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
