Hi Bargain Bob, I am pretty sure that your previous emails will have "disappeared". I have also sent my evidence on more than one occasion. I have not as yet recevied confirmation that my evidence is acceptable but i am sure it will be. It seems evident from this forum that Jet2 were unaware of their error until well after the prizes were announced in December. I certainly checked the t&c's on the announcement day and they were unchanged. I expect the reason for the delayed email confirmation was because they had then noticed the error. If anyone has any problems i would refer to the other thread for the competition on here which copied and pasted the T&C's on 1/12/10.
