Hi all, I won return flights to Sharm EK Sheihk. my other half also won return flights to ALicante and my sis in law won return flights to Prague!!! So good all round.

I now have had an email from Jet2. The "terms and conditions" link has been changed and it now refers to one return flights rather than 2x return flights.

As i have had problems with Jet2 and their competitions in the past, i saved the t&c's at the time of entering, time of closure of the competition, time of announcement of the winners. They have certainly changed the t&c's since 14 December when they announced the winners.

Can anyone tell me whom to complain to about this. I have sent the documentation to Jet2 and as expected have had no reply. Is there an ombusdman for this type of thing.

Also to all competition winners - I urge you to do the same thing. EVERYTIME Jet2 do a competition on this scale they change the terms and conditions and make it impossible to actually take the prize.
If people wish to mount a group complaint i am happy to head this as i have successfully won my argument with Jet2 on the past 2 competitions I am also a solicitor (i am not advertising my services this would be a pro bono complaint just against jet 2!)
