Hi - I'm worried now that I won't be able to pay all the debt off this year - need a kick up the butt!0
-
Why are you worried GOodgirl? Are you not able to make any more payments this month?
You need to pay £445 each month so you have £72 more to find for Jan. Can you ebay anything? I'm finding that focussing on the monthly amount really brings home how much scrimping and saving I need to do (I need to raise £833 each month to hit my £10k target).
You're doing pretty well for Jan, which is usually a really difficult month because of all DEcember's bills.0 -
Thanks very much - just been through my budget again and it CAN be done. I've compressed my payments a little bit because this month has been bad and will knock on to next month. You're right about the monthly payment thing. It seems more manageable especially if I just look at the amount over the minimum payment which I'll be paying anyway. You're doing well, 10k is an excellent target! Will you hit your goal this month?0

Also a huge well done to everyone. You are all doing great!! I will be decluttering the loft on sunday and listing on ebay like crazy, hoping for at least a few pennies.

I hope so GOodgirl. I've a few things on ebay ending soon and a cheque to cash; hopefully with those amounts it will just about tot up to the extra £50 I need to find.0

Wooh! Good luck, you've really helped by responding. I've changed my sig to show how much of my debt is overpayments (on top of minimum payments). Doesn't look quite so bad now!
Catch you later. Probably end of month now. Don't want to drive myself mad.0 -
