Thanks for the updates everyone, totals updated.
goodgirl (and everyone else!) keep going, you can do it! You've made a great start and there's some good advice from sarahs999 too."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -

i got paid today and have paid off £300 to virgin credit card and hope to make a further payment by the end of the month but i have to be careful to leave enough money in the account to cover my centre parcs trip in a couple of weeks and food for the month. if im super good i will be able to make another good payment this month.

Got money into my bank account for an Amazon sale earlier in the month so paid off another £26.26 today to Virgin. That takes me over the £1k mark paid off Virgin since November! I can't believe it!

Hi number 127 reporting in,
Thanks jwil.
Current progress is £45 / £4,600 so far. This looks as good as it might get for Jan unless I can come up with some ideas.
Computer is misbehaving so that makes my intended foray into ebay and amazon dejunking a bit tricky. A new laptop is likely to be an additional expense to consider in the next couple of months or more.
On the positive side my debt is slightly smaller than I thought. The target remains the same.
