Well done so far everyone! I'm glad to be part of the challenge. Looking forward to payday, have been clinging on by the skin of my teeth for most of this month! Still - will be worth it in the end.0

Is anyone up for a mini challenge to get us through to the end of January (and to another payday?)
I'd like to pay off another £120 this month but have run out of the usual ways of doing it! So I'm going to find 6 ways to make £20. Anyone want to join me?
Would love to do this but I'm not sure I could! Maybe I'll do it next month when I've got more time and try:
1) Ebay (If I can bare it as I've had some bad experiences recently!)
2) STP
3) Driving more economically to save £20 on petrol
4) Sell some old DVDs to CEX/Game
5) Cash back deals
6) Dunno...!
BTW paid £12.68 off HSBC card so now I'm at £865.84/£12,000 #119
Edit: Just checked our HSBC account and found that we have £30 left of the over draft now that all the direct debits have come out so adding that in too I'm at £895.84/£12,000 :j
Almost at my 1K target!
Parents - £4000/£0 paid
OH parents - £9000/£0 paid
Mortgage - £125,000/£0 overpayments0 -

I don't think it's off topic, and I am happy for the discussion to stay here, we all need inspiration to raise extra money to get to our targets and it's good to see what others are doing!
Thanks jwilJust didn't want to clutter up your thread.

Some fab ideas, thanks! I listed a couple of items on eBay and some on Amazon tonight, so hopefully that will give me my first 2 x £20.
Took a packed lunch to work today - £2 in a pot, 9 days to go!
How's everyone else doing?
