CPM site here: http://www.cpmjobs.co.uk/Default.aspx
I've done a few bits and pieces for them. They text when work is available and you phone and register interest. I don't know if maybe once you do more work for them they give out work differently?!?Half of November Make £10 a Day Challenge: £51/ £1700 -
Happy new year folks.
Not been on for a while. Didnt do much in the run up to Christmas and have only just booked my first job for this year. At an increased fee which is a nice way to start. As has already been mentioned, the cost of fuel will probably affect the amount of jobs I do. I think I'll be ignoring a few unless they increase the fee to make the jobs viable. Has already worked once, here's hoping for more of the same.0 -
Is anyone else waiting for payment from grassroots for phone jobs done around 13/12? Seems to be taking longer than usual to be paid even given the mess which is Christmas and New Year. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

I did a job on 9/12 and got paid just before Xmas. Maybe your's missed the cut off? (Mine wasnt a phone job BTW)0 -

I've cut down how far I'm willing to travel due to diesel costs. I tend to stay within a 15 mile radius of home now and will only travel out of the area if companies either pay me mileage or offer me enough work in that area to make it worth my while.misssarahleigh wrote: »Whats the full name for FSS and CPM if you wouldn't mind. FSS: http://www.fssolutions.net/
CPM: http://www.cpm-int.com/index.html
and two others I like
IMS: http://www.ukims.co.uk/
Gekko: http://www.gekko-uk.com/
FSS, CPM and Gekko are all PAYE. IMS is self employed.
All pay mileage.
FSS, CPM and IMS pay per call. Gekko pay an hourly rate, but that covers travelling time too both to and from home and between calls if you have more than one.
FSS ring me up when they have work available.
IMS have a "fastest finger first" website. You are emailed and texted when work is put on.
CPM and Gekko send out texts or emails and you respond if you're interested. If they want you to do the work, they'll get back to you and book you in.
If you are doing merchandising, you do get stands and POS material delivered to your home. You'll need somewhere to store them before you do the job, and a suitable car for transporting stuff.
All are good companies with contactable people that you can build up relationships with. Here I go again on my own....0 -

Cheers, at least with GR I know it'll turn up at some point as there's no reason for it to have been rejected. Just wish they had more work at the moment, could do with some nice no purchase assignments this month. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

I had 2 within 3 days of each other and was paid for the second in the next pay-run whilst the first one wasn't paid until the one after. I did think it strange at the time but due to the snow I was never up to date and have time to phone until the 23rd and by then they had passed it for payment.0 -
Morning all. I'm starting back today - with a greasy breakfast, which seems strangely appropriate. I learnt an important lesson in the weeks before Christmas when I took too much on, so have a 'be more organised and ruthless' NY resolution.
Find it ironic that car circuit fees are down while petrol is up.0 -
