Not sure what to do, as the questionnaire doesn't make any provision for it... does anyone have any advice?
Max.....are you there?
When this happens to me I usually take a photo of the store. I also double check because sometimes the store has moved and the address is actually the new address but I might have gone to the old one just assuming its where I should be.
If the address is correct and its closed down I then email the allocator. Even retaileyes has paid me a part fee when this has happened. You might find you get a closed shop fee of 50% or so. Some companies even pay the full amount.

Thanks - I took photos, including the one of the sign saying that there was no longer a store in Newcastle, and I've sent Helion a message via the website.0 -

If it's a private ticket which for that price it sounds like DO NOT pay it!!!
Do not contest it either, just ignore it. You'll get a few letters saying they're taking you to court, ignore them because they won't. If it did go to court it would be thrown out as the charge is disproportionate to the loss incurred by the parking company.
If it's from a council or the police then just pay up quickly though
I got a private parking ticket when I did a test centre for bare. Totally ignored it as per the advice on here and on the Internet and they stopped bothering me after a couple of letters.0 -

As stated above, whatever you do, don't pay it, as long as it wasn't for parking on yellow lines, but in a private car park...
There are loads of threads on here about it, but if you ignore it, nothing will happen! They are not enforceable...0 -

I'm another one who had one of these parking tickets. After reading the advice on here I didn't open any of the letters and just binned them. Not had a letter for over 6 months now.
