I've been accepted for TMDC!! And when I'e checked the list there are 2 hotel visits really close to me. Does anyone know if they're open at the weekend, or should I wait until tomorrow morning to call them?

I asked this last w/e - they work office hours, not weekends. :D
  • I've got my first hotel job with RE next weekend, looking forward to it :D I have been completing assignments for RE for the past few months and have had no problems with them, but after reading some comments on here I'm slightly wary, especially with the fee I'm expecting to receive after next weekends assignment. Are they really that bad? Lol ;)

  • Was all ready to do my RE pizza delivery call when OH suddenly produced a BOGOF voucher which would have given me a better discount than doing the report. Why go through all the hassle of doing a report when they won't allow you to use any vouchers? Its a no brainer. Assignment was quickly released. Hope someone else was able to make use of it.

This time RE was savage. Normally they let shoppers do it on the day of the week when it is BOGOF. Not this time though. Mind you, they do give free sides when you order a large. Cost me £35 to feed the lot at ours. Not worth it, but what the hell.

I'm just a bit worried that they'll be gone by tomorrow! They sound like a really good company to work for and I'm keen to get started with them.
  • I have another newbie question.....sorry!

Do companies post/allocate jobs over the weekend? Is it worth me checking the websites a couple of times today, or is it best to just wait until tomorrow?

    Thanks!

I have seen some jobs posted at weekends, however I think a lot of them are jobs that people have put back having found they are no longer able to do them. In this case, sometimes the date has passed and you are unable to select the job and need to wait until they change it or else you can contact them to advise you'd be willing to do the job.
  • Newbie in need of help

I have just done my first phone shop. The sales person who actually served me did not ask, or tell me about many of the areas covered in the questionnaire. However, another sales person who was sitting on a neighbouring desk, then pitched in & covered the majority of these missing areas. How do I fill out the form? Do I answer yes these areas were covered, or no they weren't.

    Any advice is greatly appreciated.
    Thanks
