    that might be me!

Tomorrow I've got a scenario at a shop where I have to enquire about something that not many 18 year old students would be asking about... am i allowed to pretend my mum sent me in? For Retail Maxim

If you are too young to do your own shopping, you are too young for Death Shops !

If you are in Glasgow, hope to meet up sometime.

Bit of a thick question re: REACT coffee shop. It says I have to take someone with me. My Sister is not well and I was wanting to do it today. It mentions in the brief that you can say someone was going to join you and you are waiting for them. Does that mean I have to have someone with me or say I am expecting someone who then does not turn up? Eeeeek.

If it's any help, the other week I was going and my friend's mum was taken ill. I phoned React and they said it was Ok to go by myself as long as I made a point of saying to the barista that my friend was coming and got held up
This is so they have a bit of a chat with you.
It's Ok now and again she said to do it by yourself, but not to make a habit of it (obviously)
    Hope this helps?

Oh I don't mind. Taking photos of shops makes me look like a saddo too. I will see if I can get someone to do it with me next week. If not, I will go it alone.

Got 3 fine dines next week too and I'm struggling to find anyone to come with me. My family members get heaps of free pizza, cookies, sandwiches, meals and stuff off me, so have decided they are no longer worthy. My friends are a bit wary cos they think they will have to buy me a posh dinner next time. LOL.

I'll come !! I'll come!!!! (bouncing up and down in excitement)

I had a cheque in the post yesterday for december work.
I haven't received payment for December work, nor have I received a response to my email querying the delay in payment. How do they usually pay? They dont have my bank account details so I thought I might get a cheque in the post. Unfortunately none of their staff have had the decency to respond to my query.[/QUOTE]
