The "make money from anything" challenge!

Had a bit of a hectic weekend so this is my first chance to check in (and do somethingto make some money!!!!)

Everyone is doing so well - I better get a wriggle on!

I did sell a book today on Greenmetropolis, so that's a start £3 less postage (will find out postage cost tomorrow).

I did have a few bits lined up ready to put on ebay - but when I looked at those already listed they don't seem to be selling - need to have another dig about to see what I've got to sell.

Definately going to look at matched betting too, if not tonight, tomorrow. I get the priniciple (taken me a long time to grasp this!) but think I need a few dummy runs first.

Also going to join one of the bingo sites on quidco (already done a couple which will be paid out end of this month, but as they were before the challenge started, they don't count!:( !

I'm really not doing well - you're all putting me to shame! Will need to put in losds of effort from now til Thurs so I've got some profit to report for the spreadsheet:D.

got the mobile listed on ebay tonight - took ages damn 'puter. Got to make a birthday card for DD so will be back on later with the matched betting outcome

Ok...just deposited and played £10 with Gala Bingo. Received £10 bonus which I also played. How much did I win...not a penny... I never have on any of these bingo sites. Is there a knack to it?!! Anyway, should receive £20 from Quidco for doing it, so should be £10 profit s long as it tracks (copuld take 14 days as they are slow trackers).

Think I will save matched betting for tomorrow as it's a bit late now. Away to put some CD's on Amazon.:D

Just checked Quidco and it's tracked already, although showing as declined but according to note on Quidco this is normal and will change once approved by Gala!!

Am I allowed to count this yet?:o

just checked my matched bet for this evening and it has worked to plan so I am 1.12 down and waiting for the free bet of £25 to credit my account so that I can do it again and hopefully clear £23 ish. My mobile on Ebay has 3 watchers already so got high hopes for a £60 profit on that one.

I signed up to Betfair in September through quidco and am getting my payment next week! £25 for depositing and betting £10. I placed a bet but it declined it but tracked so I withdrew the £10 and still got my quidco payment so in a sence £25 for nothing

Thanks for bringing that to my attention Alicatt - I'm just off to sign up for Gala bingo via Quidco! The only one I have done is bingos.co.uk Any others you would recommend?

I've noticed that people are including income they 'earned' a while ago e.g. via Quidco but as they are only getting the money now they are included it. Are we all allowed to do this? I've got about £80 (£65 profit) waiting to be banked from Quidco from July time hehehe

you don't need to use the spreadsheet - it was just one way of recording the profit you have made

Aww sorry to hear about your bad luck with the puter and then the abcess to boot! Thats all you need eh? Hopefully some antibiotics will hold it off long enough for you to get the money together. I just started learning Reiki so will do my best to send you some distant healing. Hope you feel better soon. xx
