Just my luck, the one thing that I was really, really looking forward to (Dark chocholate Brasil's) has been subsituted with Vanilla fudge which no one in my house likes :mad:

was wondering if someone could help, I know I ordered these TCB has tracked it, but I have no email or delivery and when i go on to the website I can;t seem to find a "track order" page

Log in to your thorntons account at top right of their page then click account again top right of page.
look down left side and click order history there.
I received mine Thursday via hermes courier HTH

I have recently discovered that Julian Graves sell 400g bags of dark chocolate coated brazils. They are £3.99 a bag and I don't know if it other stores have the same offer but the Leamington Spa branch had a 3 for 2 offer on all stock last Saturday. I bought 3 bags for £7.98.

I don't know how that compares with Thorntons but they are very nice. I have found dark chocolate brazils can be hard to find so I am pleased to have found somewhere to buy them. I will look out for them in Thorntons too now.

This is my first experience of ordering with Thorntons and I'm now wary. Ordered and paid on Monday. However, the item was only despatched today - Saturday. Delivery is via Hermes who aren't the quickest off the block anyway. I know that the weather is difficult, but this shouldn't delay processing of an order by four working days. Not confident this will arrive before Christmas now.

Ditto, so not happy Hermes lied about my debenhams delivery so many times (they said they tried to deliver daily for 10 days) had to get Debs to deliver a second parcel, that arrived Christmas eve. Mine isn't even tracking yet, so really not sure we'll get it. We were hoping to give these out as presents on Sunday - so I guess I am back to the shops again to get replacements:(.

mine came this morning
the dark choc brazils were substituted for milk chocolate one (happy with that)

but 2 lollies were missing, i guess for what i paid with the free big box of chocs i am happy splitting to give out as a few gifts but the brazils are mine lol

If you ordered this on Monday it may not get to you. I've just called Thorntons as mine is showing as delivered and they've checked and advised that they didn't receive any courier uplifts yesterday at all and don't know if they will get any on Monday. I've to call back on Wednesday and they will refund. the guy I spoke to didn't hold out any hope of my order even leaving the warehouse now.:(
