No I just entered the code and it accepted this

I got through after 20 minutes and she explained that you need to enter the product into the basket

She said she can send the gift but would have to pay £3.95 postage, I said I wasnt happy about this, and in fairness she said she will waive it. Then she suddenly decided to say to someone else that she cant hear me which I thought odd and line went dead

Well my next day delivery still has not arrived, they are refunding the difference between next day and standard delivery though

I didn't know you had to put the free stuff in your basket either. The original offer ahd run out by the time I went to order, so I got this one instead which is half price as well:

Does anyone have a screen print as it has now been removed from their website :mad:

Thorntons just told me they had phone problems today hence why I was cut off

Have to say in credit to them they seem pretty good on phone abet very busy

I used a freephone number 2nd time around if that helps its seems to go to same department 0800 454 537

I had to wait another 15 minutes on hold so be prepared to wait
