I ahve cleaned my dining room which was minging what with the fact that thr plumber was walking throiugh last saturday and the kitten (Jynx) emptied the compost caddy all over it and before that I couldn't get round it all as that's where the bathroom firrings were.

    Anyway s'nice NOW
I akllso went to the tip with left over broken tiled, a plastic omountain and other carp on way to pick up DD to take her to docs so the patio looks better now it's not covered in carp. Mind you it was all under snow last week. Went to Mr M.s for patrol and sustenance, went and picked up vouchers whilst there. Cleaned computer. Removed cobweb from webcam LOL
    Did some ironing
stripped all beds and remade them with the help of my assistant, Miss Jynx, who is very critical of fold and made sure I did the m properly :rotfl:

Have JUST *glow* decluttered my 'important' papers and filed them *glow* and shredded where I could.

BTW Can I have some travel vibes for OHs sister and BIL? They were meant to fly out of Edinburgh (about 4ish) down to Heathrow earlier to catch a connecting flight to Australia. I sent a coutesy message about safe travel etc not expecting a reply saying they are still in Edinburgh. Apparently Heathrow weren't accepting incoming flights because of a backlog! Both their sons are on the other side of the world. They haven't seen 1 for a year and nearly 2 for the other and they sounded really gutted on the phone. Their Oz airline doesn't have any seats for tomorrow so I am keeping my fingers crossed for Sunday.

He's at his ex's at the moment. Dealing with the child who didn't come home last night... he's seeing a GP tomorrow, and then going back to his place. I don't know whether he's planning on moving back or staying where he is. We haven't really had much of a chance to talk, and I think it's going to have to wait till after christmas anyway. I hope he's strong enough to stay at his own place rather than stay with his ex or parents who will all put pressure on him.

Just need to check what time my mother's train gets in...

Hopefully when he sorts his head out you can work through things and he will appreciate you being there. Sending you loads of hugs x

Haven't had chance to do anything today, been watching snips like a hawk. The thing has breathing problems earlier so had to ush him to the docs.

So just been milling about the house.

Will crack on with it properly tomorrow.

At least the bedrooms are keeping clean foe once, strangely.

    Hi everyone,

Hugs, spoons and sticks to those in need, high fives to those on schedule for Crimbo.

Been putting a new front bumper on a friends car after she planted it in a ditch. Not fun in the snow, trying to defrost my back pockets now.

No more flying 'til Monday for me, (DD home from Uni, DS2 home tommorrow), my very over the hill birthday on Sunday.

DS2 cooking mince pies is a nice thing !!!!!nomnom

Keep warm and safe, Pud
