  • Well it sounds like you've just bought something off someone with anger issues. I wouldn't worry about it - I think ebay rage is like car rage - just rise above it - there is no point taking it any further as you are winding yourself up. Just get a glass of wine, a mince pie, put on the telly and forget about him.

This thread reminds me of the definition of ebay:

Where you can buy a $30 toaster for $1 plus $29 shipping.

Now I can understand the sellers frustration and subsequent replies to you.

It's easy to trawl through past posts . Yes I was once made bankrupt, Shock horror. If you looked closely enough into this you would have seen the reasons why. This was due to me employing 52 people, giving them a good standard of living, and then losing a contract with 30 days notice, not due to non performance, my staff were outstanding, but instead due to change of procedure with the company I had the contract with. Hey ho thats the way it goes. I could have easily witheld all wages and lost them with the Ltd company leaving myself a VERY wealthy man but these people were my friends and colleagues who had devoted themselves to me for over a year so I couldn't stomach that.

At least I tried, and am trying again. I would rather try at my own business time and time again before sitting there expecting handouts. Some ventures may fail but one will work and I'm doing quite ok out of this one, with a view to employing staff again.

As you are fond of looking through posts I had a look through yours and the majority of them are either you complaining or playing the discrimination card.

Look through mine and you'll see I genuinely have helped people, and still do through PMs.

In the spirit of Christmas I'll wish you all the best and hope that in the New Year you are blessed with a more positive outlook on life.

    Best Wishes

    No mate,

I buy cars direct from insurance companies that have had claims against them, Cat C and D's. If it's an easy enough repair on the cat D, ie replace bolt on panel, headlight or something simple then I fix it and sell it as a CAT D repaired, if its more than that or a heavy cat C they are sold as damaged repairables. I also buy none runners locally off ebay and break them to sell the parts to keep me busy. The shell is then scrapped in and the catalytic converters/batteries kept aside until I have a big enough stock to get a decent price on them.

    Cheers
